Merit Weekend

It was great to meet all the new Merit scholars this weekend.  I hope they all saw the great opportunities to get involved in research, scholarship, creative activities, etc with the faculty here at Sewanee.   I know I was in awe of all the great work I heard about from our current students in the sciences, the humanities and the arts.  If there is one thing I know about this place it is that the faculty really work to engage the students on so many levels.
